We understand that we have an extraordinarily outsized impact on a property’s performance for two reasons:
- Cleanliness keeps tenants happy to stay where they live, reducing turnover costs
- Cleanliness attracts new tenants faster which allows for higher occupancy rates
We do this while being a nominal percentage of the expense side of an operator’s P&L. We are a powerful partner, often times helping our clients add 6-figures of NOI to their P&L.
